MPA supports fair treatment, equal opportunity and successful achievement across all communities. Maine has significant populations of people of color, for whom racial disparities exist, often not due to intention and malice, but as a result of the history, tenor and tone of our society. MPA believes we must all take responsibility for changing our words, thoughts and actions to promote shared prosperity.
