State Housing Strategy Committee
The Maine People’s Alliance regularly convenes a statewide committee on housing. This committee includes MPA members as well as leaders from other organizations that work on housing in local communities. These organizations include Portland Tenants Union, People Organizing to Win Economic Rights (POWER), Maine Association of Interdependent Neighborhoods (MAIN), Maine Equal Justice Project (MEJP), The Visible Community and others.
